We are like an estate sale for building materials, we hold an open house on the days of the sale. We operate on first come first serve basis. We negotiate the pricing in person on site the day of the sale, then we can negotiate a price to deinstall and deliver items that you can’t manage yourself. Everything pictured goes, doors, windows, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, light fixtures, appliances, HVAC systems, etc.
